Ways to Drink More Water Throughout the Day
The amount of water you consume every day plays a significant role in maintaining a healthy body. Sufficient and regular water intake has so many health benefits plus it has no fat, sugar, cholesterol, carbs, or calories. Drinking at least six to eight glasses a day is recommended by the experts, but even people struggle to reach that amount. If you are one of those people that don’t have a ‘taste’ for water, here are some tricks to help you stay hydrated.
Jazz up your water. Drinking plain water can get boring. To switch up the taste of it, you can add natural flavors, such as slices of fruits and herbs. Lemons, cucumber, mint, raspberries, strawberries, and watermelons are excellent choices.
Sip before every meal. Make it a habit to drink a glass of water before every meal. This gives you the feeling of being full and curbs your calorie intake.
