Through this new partnership, we are now able to offer our customers assistance with their insurance needs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There is no more waiting until we turn on the open sign in the morning.
Safeco customers can reach us here in the office during normal business hours. Once we turn the open sign off, customers will have access to Safeco’s resources after hours, on weekends and on holidays. Even when we are closed Safeco customers will still be able to receive policy assistance, bill support and help selecting the best policy and ad-ons for their needs. Customer service agents will be able to assist with any issues after hours, including help start the process for filing an accident claim.
